a problem on mixer design

hi ,i want to design a SH balanced mixer using diode pairs.
but i don't know how to get the diode's impedence of RF ,if, LO using ADS.
who can help me >

This is easy in @DS. If you use the design guide for mixers. Then you have for single balanced mixers, someone named something like ConversionGain, Isolations and Port impedances. Use this one and you can see what your impedances is.
