A problem in Using DW component

Hi, my friends.
I use a 3 stage dwo2_mult multiplication in my code, when i synthesis my design. The DC tool retiming the designware component. Then it occurs a fatal error.
Why this happen?
Or this kind of DW component can not be synthsisable? Who can help me?

Well.. first ensure that u have DW foundation license.
next step is to comment the retiming comands u used in ur script. and try synthesis again...
Or try changing the version of design compiler you are using(coz may be a bug in DC).. sometime back when I synhesised with dw_foundation in DC 2003.03 I got a ftal error. I synthesised again with DC 2000.05 .. then it was compiling fine...

It's the license problem. I have found it.
When i synthesis, the licneses can't be checked all of a sudden.
