A problem for extraction using a starrc

How to define a net or a few nets which excluded to be extracted in STARRC?
 

NETS: !net_name

The character ! tells, that net_name will not be extracted.
 

you can use following option also..
NETLIST_SELECT_NETS: net_names
NETS_FILE
