a problem about ICA in Orcad Capture

OS:windows xp sp2/windows2003 server;
Orcad capture 10.0.0.p004;

It shows "could not read part information" when I download new parts from ICA. I looked through the FAQ on "http://www.orcadpcb.com/kb_articles/cis02677.asp". But it`s all about local part database. So Has somebody solutions? THX a lot.
 

HI ,

The ICA stands for Internet Component Assistant which used to be a free service for Capture users for download of Capture symbols and part information.

I do not think it is available now and the CIS has to be configured to the local database.
