I have been searching for books about microprocessor design but did not find anything useful.

I don't want something that talks about memory hierarchy or pipelining and superscalar execution concepts. I want something that goes about real design issues for this.
for example talks about : how and how not to design something. how your design might affect speed or power consumption in a detailed way.

Can anyone suggest some books ??
