Both is possible. Isn't it described in the patent specification?
 

Hi Osawa,
May I know the application where this circuit is going to be used.
I think these are not MOSFET parameters. These might be the modeling of Metal inductance and resistances, which comes into picture once Layout is done.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
