Do you look for the electrical type of databook?
If you did, it maybe very difficult. SEC they had published their databook
3 times in 1990s but it wasn't distribute broadly. It's for some of their disribotos. And its data size is too big for sharing.
Maybe as you know, they selled their many semi-division to other companies, like power-IC to fairchild.
Now days, you can find same product in the company which bought semi-division from SEC.
