We want to develope software for this : S3F441FX

which IDE is supporting this S3F441FX ?
(for my opinion, 'keil' does not support. do you think the same with my opinion?)

and
we need software development library&header file for S3F441FX, such as, below files;
#include "def.h"
#include "S3F441FX.h"
#include "Selib.h"
