This is my first post here, so please let me know if I'm not doing this correctly.

I'm a student trying to compare a few different high speed device technologies, and I'm particularly interested in what would be the ft, fmax, and breakdown voltage of 90 nm RF CMOS from some leading foundry (TSMC, UMC, ...). Does anyone here happen to know one or more of those specs offhand? I've done a Google search for "90 nm ft fmax", and I've looked on tsmc.com and Mosis, but maybe I'm not looking for the right keywords...

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
