Here is again a circuit diagram i got




please check & too tell that is it compulsary to apply 220 pf between pin 1 & pin 5 ?

Is there any substitute value for 220 pf,that we can apply??

Yes, you need it for stability on that device. The value isn't really critical, you could use 180pF, 270pF or even 330pF without much change in performance.
