Hai

In 65nm technology if we have to design current references(4mA, 10mA---)
what type of circuit we have to choose either a simple betamultipler or a PTAT from a BANDGAP reference.

Thank you

Hi

In any technology the current reference can be modeled accurately using PTAT method since it has very less variation compared to simple beta multiplier. It is because of the feed back we are getting in the PTAT circuit.

Thanks
