6 transistor SRAM.

Hi, all. My name is Hanson.
I was initially assigned to design a configurable SRAM.
And i was thinking about 4T loadless, however, maybe i'm too noob, i couldn't find the solution, now i'm switching to do a 6 transistor SRAM. There are two question i need to ask...

1) Is is critical to calculate the exact size for each transistor and is it necessary?
2) Is there a tristate circuit for the SRAM's bit/bitB?

Please help...
