I have to convert 50 Ohm symetryc from an antenna to 50 ohm asymetric in 2.4GHz band. Have anyone some microstripe couplers/adapters models? (dxf)

I would consider a Marchand balun structure. Seaarch the web - lots of stuff on it.

Try Google. Either "Marchand balun" (as above) or "microwave balun" will give you tons of links. For "Marchand balun" I have got 124 links and the other more general one gave about a thousand.

this maybe useful,

I've been having problems with Marchand Baluns search in google. May you show an especific link pleasse?? Thanks A Lot

Go with a lumped element transformer, like ESLT-S245E:
