How to know about the common anode and common cathode of led matrix and it has 14 pin 7 upper and 7 lower what about pin description ?

ok this is a simple differance

Why don't you simply test its polarity and pins with the DIODE TEST function on a multimeter?
When the polarity is correct then the segment will light dimly.

If you do not have a multimeter then the polarity and pins can be checked with a 9V battery in series with a 1k resistor.

from your image its common Anone 7 segment display

A - Anode , K - Cathode ( see image)

i know what is common anode and cathode but i cant identify in led matrix by keyword written on it

Maybe it is an LED IC with 35 LEDs instead of having 7 segments:

EDIT: It took such a long time to attach this image that I thought attachments do not work anymore.

its not common anode or catchode

kR - is Cathode (K) Row
aC is Anode (A) Column

Eg
kR1 is Cathode of Row 1
aC1 is Anode for Column 1

To power on 1st led connect kR1 and aC1
