Hello!

I am now doing a project that using high frequency ultrasonic sensor that is 400 Khz. But i can't find any driving circuit that can drive the sensor. Can anyone help me?

Are you sure it's 400Khz ?
Not maybe 40 Khz.
 

High frequencies like 400 kHz are sometimes used for narrow beam air ultrasonic transducers. The circuits aren't basically much different from popular 40 kHz circuits, but have to be designed according to application requirements, e.g. drive level, transducer impedance, bandwidth.
