I was wondering if there is some example code for the digital control of a 4 switch non-inverting buck-boost converter available to start with... preferably implemented using Arduino Uno or Arduino Mega.

yes but specs are only as good as the assumptions and the breakdown of all hierarchical inputs, process and outputs from the macro to the nanoscale and how that is documented. e.g. HIPO method and the environmental conditions and initial conditions.,
