Can anybody give me circuit diagram and operation theory for 4-20mA to 4-20mA circuit using opto coupler isolation. I need to make it for industrial project training.
 

Are you sure about your question? Asking because of the same current range at the both the sides.

In that case first convert the specified current into voltage, Isolate it and then convert it back to the current range which is required. This is could be the better way to do it.
