Hi everyone, new user here, this looks like a great forum so hopefully I will be able to learn something while I am here.

At the moment I am working on a project which requires a Xilinx FPGA to generate an internal 2's complement count. I have not had an opportunity to get upto speed with Verilog or VHDL so I would ideally be looking for a schematic solution. Does anyone know where I could find such a module, or provide some pointers on going about developing such a system.

Thanks for you help in advance.

Any negative number is represented as a 2's complement
for example,
y= -x;
then y is represented as 2's complement of x ;
