Vertical BJT in 0.18um technology (VBIC)???

Hello,
I have been trying to make this Bandgap circuit in Cadence and simulate it using Spectre. I managed to get some BJT parameters from somewhere, which I am using. The parameter block for the BJT is:

But I think these parameters do not represent the BJT for the 0.18um process. I need the parameters for the BJT urgently. I searched MOSIS' website also but it only had parameters to PMOS and NMOS transistors. How or where do I get the parameters for the BJT from??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 

pnp5 vertical pnp

TSMC provides 3 BJT models :pNP10, PNP5, PNP2 for it's 018um process.

PNP10, PNP5, PNP2 - means emitter size 10X10, 5x5, 2x2.

You can find this in Log018m.scs file, section bip or bip3.
