Dear Friends,
We are interfacing a 24V unipolar stepper motor to a Microcontroller..
But, we are not yet clear about some concepts regarding the interfacing.
The motor will run on 24V supply..
So, if I am right, it should be provided with 24V by with another power supply.
But, the normal current ratings of the motor are around 500mA.
So, is it necessary for the 24V power supply to provide 500mA current also?
Or, the driver IC, ULN 2003 will serve this purpose?
Thanking you in advance!
