24 VCC to 220 VCA converter

This scheme works, but it much not efficient - an inverse surge is suppressed by large number varistor and zener diode. Much better bridge schemes.

but i have some questions about transformer.
for example can i use with smaller transformer(600WA)...

Yes, you can try , but don`t load more then 600W to converter.
You can also change current protections to 600W.
