plzz tell me the best book to study bjt, small signal parameters(h parameters, biasing in detail etc..

In my opinion : Bipolar and MOS Analog Integrated Circuit Design (Grebene)
 

The old blue Gray & Meyer has way more depth than I've needed. I just look
at the pictures mostly :)
