Hello I have used 20N60 to generate spwm and it worked well 2 weeks ago
I've left the circuit and rework on it but now it doesn't allow the high frequency although it worked the last time but now the o/p is a square wave not spwm wave
In other words it doesn't allow high frequency to go
it's for the 4 IGBT in the bridge anybody have an idea ?

This is the o/p to weeks ago

What's your switching frequency? IGBTs are known for slow switching, and are typically switched at under 50kHz.

Anyway, did you probe your gate pins? Are the gate drivers doing their jobs correctly? Seems fishy that this happened right after you did rework...

I hope u haven't popped the igbt gates...I hope you put a resisitor, say 4k7, from gate to emitter.?
