I want to make a 20A 36V switch mode power supply. Can anybody help me.

Have you decided on the topology, the components, features, etc?
You can use SG3525 and high-low side drivers to drive 2 MOSFETs in half-bridge configuration or 4 MOSFETs in full-bridge configuration. For current sensing you can use a shunt resistor (for full-bridge only) or a current transformer or hall-effect sensor.
