what is the code for 16x4 memory with chip enable,read,write,address,d_in as inputs and d_out as the output?
can anybody help? i have an exam tomorrow

Wow. U have an exam tomorrow and u want a code from this forum today.
1. We don't give out codes. We only help people who are having problems with their codes.
2. At best try on the net. You might get a block diagram or some kind of a structure from which you will have to infer a code.
