matrix leds rgb pic

Hi

I would like make a litle project like controller by one PIC 10x10 RGB leds matrix, but my problem is how I can conect this matrix to the PIC, because I need an CPU with 40pins and I like use 18F452...

I find this image on internet it is to 16x16 and one color, but it the same, but I need more 2 color (iqual more 20 pins) because I like controller one by one pixel...

someone can help me to find an solution?

You can use demuxltiplexers to save number of pins on the microcontrolller.
 

what kind of demuxltiplexers you can tell me an example?
 

IT's not RGB led in the picture. Suppose IT's RGB you should use ic 74hc595 shift register..
