100nF capacitive load buffer

I am looking for a opamp architecture that can be used to drive a 100nF (off chip) capacitive load
 

It's not generally a problem to drive 100 nF. The issue is with achieving a certain slew-rate or bandwidth. So the question is meaningless without a specification. As an example, an OTA structure is intrinsically stable with large capacitive loads.

IIRC. This may not be always true, like in a typical two stage OTA with miller-compensation. The output capacitor forms the second pole, if the load capacitance increases then the second pole moves closer to the first pole and phase margin goes down.
 

I agree, that an OTA isn't foolproof as well. There should be no problem to provide a suitable compensation.
