I'm searching for technical paper for 100Hz osc with power supply in typ =2.8V and freq range with +/-10% over PVT. Any recommandation.

Re: 100Hz oscillator

+/- 10 percent is going to be difficult without trim. Depending on what devices you have in your process, you can create some sort of PTAT or CTAT to try to cancel the temperature effect. It may be easier to run your oscillator at a higher frequency and then divide down by 2X or 4X or 8X etc. THat gets you away from large caps and small currents which may help the oscillator spread.

Re: 100Hz oscillator

Try using ICL 8038, it's rather a function generator IC but can produce finely as low as 1Hz, sorry for it would require a bit higher voltage
