Hi, i am working on a project and i want a ready made amplifier with a frequency range of 1 Hz - 10 MHz and output power of 1W. And if no one is selling than evaluation kit is also okay.

Into what load? 8 ohm? 50 ohm? 600 ohm?

Some years ago there was a company who sold wideband power opamps. They were geared towards the aerospace and military markets, and were expensive. Cn't recall their name right now.

I would be tempted to use a standard say 100MHz BW op amp followed by a couple of suitably biased transistors (npn, pnp) to provide current buffering.

I found the company, Apex Analog.
