µcos run a Win32 port used with Windows XP under windows 7

hello,

My point is made µcos run under windows 7 using one of environnement developping like visual studio 2010.
well, i know this question had posted many time, i flowed all links and answers but still now i got same problem.
as first step, i am using Open watcom IDE, i tried to flow same step as AMr ali do in his link but it didn't work for me:

when i made run i got message :
Program or one of its components not found

i don't know why i got that message i tcheck al files and its there no one missing but one of step in the links amr ali i didn't understand step8 about winmm i didn't understand well this step
May be is there problem or in other things !!!

can any one give me a help or show me where i am wrong !!!
