Hi,

Did anybody of you ever make an super regenerative receiver based on saw resonator ?. All units you see are using LC network for resonance but what about saw resonator ?.

RFM uses SAW delay lines in their recvr modules quite a lot.
see RF Monolithics website.
Also see this article with an example of a SAW. Did not try myself though.....
