spectre flicker noise model

Hi everybody,

Can anybody tell me where I can find the following items, which are related to flicker noise model parameters for Spectre?

which file they are in? I could not find these items in my TSMC 0.35 mm0355v.scs (BSIM3 model file for spectre).

Thanks a lot.

Thanks! xxx,

I got the Spectre parameter from our customer. It seems they have all those 1/f parameter.

Below is my Spectre Model
.....
//$*mosfet bsim3v3 noimod=2 & 3 noise parameters:
+ noimod=2
+ noia=8.7526e+19
+ noib=79484
+ noic=-9.997e-13
+ ef=1.06
+ em=98174560

tsmc 0.35um noise model

i don't think there is any i/f parameters in 0.35um tsmc model for common customers.
even 0.25um process.

but there is in 0.18um tsmc model actually.

I am pretty surprised. So, that means there is no way to get simulation results for this technology.

One more thing, I am not clear is that I actually use tsmc 0.35um 5v devices, do you know whether there is any difference for the 1/f parameters between 3.3v devices and 5v devices in 0.35um technology? Thanks a lot.

you can refer to BSIM3v3 specification from Berkeley website for more details about model parameters
