Hello

I have a ldo and i am wondering which pad to use for delivering high current to the outside.
Can vss core pad be used as output.

What's on the menu? McDonalds, or salad bar?

I usually build my own pads even if library pads are
available, since everything is custom routed for performance
and reliability in such circuits.

Figure your allowed bond wire current to get # of pads
and then check electromigration on the feed layout, from
VIN to OUT, every feature along the way (including the
pad fillet and a circle drawn around the bond wire "foot".
