about picoblaze processor

hi,
i am doing a project using Fpga and i need to use picoblaze processor for this. the reference paper suggest that picoblaze is embeded on the kit. i would like to know what all Fpgas have this feature also whether it is embeded in it or do i need to connect it externally. i have a spartan 3E FPGA ........

information about picoblaze processor is readily available in many text books
"FPGA prototyping by verilog examples" xilinx spartan3e version by pong P.Chu
