Converting a mono Amp circuit to a stereo Amp for a discman

Should a squirrel pick up a soldering iron and build

Hi,

I'm new to electronics, trying to build a headphone amp, the circuit diagram , that I have is for mono-amplication , it states that for stereo you need two circuits.

Are the two circuits connected via the earth or the -ve track?

Or is one connected to the +ve and the other to the -ve? How are they connected to the jacks!/terminals/plugs?

How do you turn a mono-amp circuit into a stereo amp that can take a discman etc?

Is ther a common solution to this problem, because I can't see it!

Thanks in advance for any help

Re: Converting a mono Amp circuit to a stereo Amp for a disc

simply mono means music recorded in single channel. stereo means music recorded in two channels. Hence it not possible to generate stereo from mono.
So mono amplifier has one amplifier & stereo hv two amplifiers to repoduce as it was recorded.
