-Does anyone know if there exists a .db to .lib converter?
-I 'd like to build a .lib parser. Is there a standard that defines the structure of these libraries? Is it Synopsys co. specific, so the structure is not destributable?
 

how exactly?
dc_shell has library compiler that compiles a .lib ascii file to .db
I am asking about the opposite.
Can dc_shell do the job?
