Where can I get tsmc 0.35um model for spectre??

Who can tell me?

Try the mosis website.
They have a free model. I used it for spectreS, but I guess it should work for spectre (may be with little modifications)
 

to get the model library, you need an account to access tsmc website
maybe you can apply for an account
