Problem with Pin Number connection when creating netlist in Orcad

I create the schematic and when i try to create the netlist (Annotate,Design Rule scheck ) i found a lot of errors.I use opamps which are 4 in one package but i don't know who to put this in orcad.I see the massage ERROR :same Pin Number connected to more than one net/uU30/1/Nets:'N07189'and 'N27085'
