A question on page 340 from introduction to cmos op-amps and

Hi, all

I have a question on page 340 . There is something wrong on the ratio of Q3 and Q28. The ratio of Q3 should be 160/2 rather than 80/2 if Q28 is 40/2. Q3 will be 80/2 if Q28 is 20/2. It appears that Q28 should be 20/2 because Q24=Q27=Q3=Q4. If anyone has above book and knows the answer, please let me know. Thanks
