BSIM Model

If I am using BSIM model for simulation. Do I need to key parameter like AD, AS, PD and PS. Does BSIM model account for these parameters in the simulation?

BSIM Model

In pre-layout this will not impact much on your simulation. Post layout u will have extracted netlist in which it's AD AS PD PS will be included. BSIM model support this parameter.

BSIM Model

In pre-sim, BSIM3 provides parameter for simulators to enable/disable the calculation of AD, etc. So you can just specify L/W for MOSFET.

In post-sim, use extracted AD, etc for better match with real chips.
