Hi All,

Can someone explain for me
1 - why GaAs has low thermal conductivity as oppose to GaAs?

2- what is the advantage or disadvantage of die thickness? for example SiGe die=8mil and GaAs die=4mil? in other word what is the effect of the die substrate?

Thanks,

Bouchy
