Method for building a stencil for SMD without using laser cutting machine

Some one help me. I need to build a simple stencel for my SMD electronic board production. I have not laser cutting machine. Some one know other simple mathod to build the stencel such as chemical or simple tools.

For low cost stencels I have used SMTstencil.com (Pololu.com) in USA with good results even on 0402 parts.

While reading, forum.sparkfun.com I came across,
https://ohararp.com/Stencils.html also USA.
Which is making better kapton stencils up to 8.5"x11"x.0035" $25+shipping.

I will give them a try very soon.
