[SOLVED] Need Help for active inductor

Dear All,
I would like to learn how to measure Q, L, Power consuming, of the active inductor.
Please, anyone, have references or title of papers, books for design by hand(with values of Cgs, Cds.., not just formulas ) and then design by ADS simulator for the active inductor? (any type of active inductor circuit is ok for me )
