how to convert +DC output power Supply to negative DC supply

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a way i can convert voltage from a +12 volt DC power supply into -12 volts, I dont want to switch polarities I just need a fixed circuit i can use.

Need your help and expertise..

You can go with mc34063 switching regulator, for above 10 mA current.

As of my knowledge charge pump can invert Vin=-2Vin, and max Vin = 5.5 V
