if u wnt to go little deeper in my view
Practical RF Circuit Design for Modern Wireless Systems: Vol. II - Active Circuits and Systems by Rowan Gilmore is good book
I have use Thoma Lees book regarding CMOS and will defenetely NOT recomnd it. Razavi is to prefer and Pozar have som good books, which are OK but not very deep. Gonzalez book about RF amp is ingenoius
