Hi all greetings,
I am trying to run a program in ATLAS TCAD at that time i am getting following error.

x.min=00 x.max=0.035 y.min=0.02 y.max=0.03\
** ERROR # 5 **
* Invalid real or integer specification *

==> 0.03\
ATLAS> x.comp=0.7 y.comp=0.52\
** ERROR # 1 **
* Invalid card type specification *

Is there any documentation available on Errors in ATLAS.
looking for kind co-operation.

Hi
I am trying to simulate surface charge density or sheet charges on top of the silicon nanowire by atlas.
Do you know how i can do that? how can i define the a layer of charges above the nanowire?
