How to change Bidirectional mode: No bidirectional type in DFT?

In my design all of the pads even if they are functionally directional are bidi pads, I have set these using

set_dft_configuration -fix_bidirectional enable
set_dft_configuration -fix_bus enable

But When I report_scan_configuration I am getting Bidirectional mode as No bidirectional type
Bidirectional mode: No bidirectional type
How can I change this setting to other.
