Bluegiga bluetooth module selection WT12

I am working on a project related to medical field. In this I am going
to send patients data such as heart beat etc. to a mobile using bluetooth. Just
I want to know which bluetooth module will be suitable to me. I have selected
Bluegiga WT12 module. In WT12 various types are available such as- WT12-A-AI4,
WT12-A-HCI21,WT12-A-HDP391, WT12-A-MGR2738. So can you guide me related to the
selection of correct module.
