[SOLVED] sentaurus tcad bandgap narrowing model

Hi, I'm using TCAD sentaurus, sdevice to be exact.
I have a problem : I have to use the schenk bandgap narrowing model for my project. But there isn't this model in the Silicon parameter file.
how can I do? tks in advance.......
