MSP430 16 bit ADC problem - what is the maximum sampling rate?

Hi,
I have very primitive question.
I cannot find what is the maximum sample rate for MSP430F2003

Page 42 of the datasheet, has the conversion time with built-in oscillator, min 2.06us (about 500k)
using the provided formula 13 x ADC10DIV x 1/fADC10CLK with the max clock of 6.3MHz you get also a number close to 500k

P.S. the first page of the datasheet says 200k, I have no idea why it has a lower value.
